Alexius III Angelus (Graece Ἀλέξιος Ἄγγελος; natus circa 1153; mortuus 1211) fuit imperator Constantinopolitanus. Alexius fuit filius Andronici Angeli fraterque maior natu praedecessoris sui Isaacii Angeli. Anno 1195 fratrem deiecit ab imperio excaecavitque, ipse autem ab hominibus quartae expeditionis sacrae anno 1203 deiectus est. Iuxta Alexium Angelum Constantinus Mesopotamites a caniculo meruit et eodem tempore archiepiscopus Thessalonicensis.
