Theodorus II Ducas Lascares (Graece Θεόδωρος Δούκας Λάσκαρης; natus anno circiter 1221; mortuus die 18 Augusti 1258) fuit imperator Byzantinus qui, Constantinopoli a militibus quartae expeditionis sacrae debellato, in urbe Nicaea regnavit. Opera nonnulla Graece conscripsit. Fuit filius Ioannis III Ducae Batatzae quem ex Irena Lascarina genuit. In matrimonium duxit Helenam Bulgariae principissam et ex ea genuit:
