Deversorium, 250 unitates habens ad 222 West Via 23 Manhatae inter xystos septimum et octavum, in Chelsea, vicinia Manhatae, domus permultorum scriptorum, musicorum, artificum, et histrionum fuit, inter quos Robertus Dylan, Vergilius Thomson, Birgitta Berlin, Carolus Bukowski, Ioanna Joplin, Thomas Waits, Leonardus Cohen, Patti Smith, Iggy Pop, Viva, Gaby Hoffmann, Jobriath, et Laurentius Rivers. Quamquam Chelsea nondum accipit novas conductiones diutinas, aedificium iam est domus multorum qui ibi habitabant ante mutationem rationis.
