Philosophia historiae
Philosophia historiae est philosophicum historiae eiusque disciplinae academicae studium. Quod vocabulum ab Voltario (1694–1778), philosopho Francico, excogitatum est.[1]
Coniecturalis historiae philosophia et critica historiae philosophia (nunc analytica appellata) in philosophia hodierna distingui solent, quarum illa significationem propositumque rationis historicae, haec fundamenta implicationesque historiae et praeterea rationem historicam tractat.[2][3] Quae nomina ex distinctione philosophiae criticae et philosophiae coniecturalis a C. D. Broad (1887–1971), philosopho Anglico, derivantur.[4][5]
Aristoteles (384–322 a.C.n.) in Poetica arguit poesin historia superiorem esse, quia poesis de rebus quae verae esse debent, potius quam rebus quae verae tantum sunt.
