Eriocheir sinensis
Eriocheir sinensis est species cancerum quae apud Sinas in aquis fluminis Caerulei inferioris lacuumque adiacentium habitat. In Europam septentrionalem, Asiam occidentalem, Americam septentrionalem invadit. In Serica assidue ad usum gastronomicum colitur. Inter fercula notabiliora sunt Aurantium cancere fartum (蟹酿橙), potagium cancrarium (蟹煲).
