Diagnosis medica (vocabulum diagnosis a Graeco διαγιγνώσκειν 'pernoscere'), Dx et Dx et Ds imminuta, est investigatio et definitio morbi a medico facta.[1] Petenda notitia pro diagnosi colligitur more ex historia et examinatione corporis et mentis hominis qui curationem quaerit.

Radiographia est instrumentum maximi momenti in diagnosi multorum morborum.

Quae differentia ad morbos non verisimiles excludendos spectat.
