Habitat in silvis foliorum latorum.[1]
Adulti a Maio ad Augustum volare solent. Sunt duae generationes per annum
Larvae Aristolochia mandshhuriensi vescuntur. Subspecies observatae sunt in Aristolochia shimadai, A, liukiuensi, A. kanauensi, A. eleganti, A. debile, A. kaempferii, A. onoei, A. tagala, Cocculo trilobo, et Metaplexi chinensi. Species ut pupa hiemat.
