Aldolasis
Aldolases (diligentius Fructoso-1,6-bis-phosphati-aldolasis) (Numeri EC: 4.1.2.13) sunt familia trium enzymorum: quae aldolasis A enim, aldolasis B, et aldolasis C dicuntur.
Enzymum aldolasis est pars glycolysis quo reactionem quarta, a fructoso-bisphosphato ad glyceraldehydro-3-phosphatum et dihydroxyacetonophosphatum perficit:
- D-fructoso-1,6-bis-phosphatum di-hydroxy-acetono phosphatum + D-glyceraldehydo-3-phosphatum
In cellulis aldolasis etiam cum H+-ATPasi (ATP + H
2O + H+
introrsum ADP + phosphate + H+
extrorsum) interagit[1].

Aldolasis A

Aldolasis B
recensereAldolasis B in iecore reperiuntur. In hominibus genum nomine ALDOB chromosomate 9 (9q31.1) locatum est. Gradus eius activus ab statu nutritivo pendet: parvus in fame, magnus post cibum[2].
Aldolasis C
recensereAldolasis C in cerebro (hippocampo) reperiuntur. In hominibus genum nomine ALDOC chromosomate 17 (17q11.2) locatum est.
