Vardo[1] est traditionalis carrus ab equis tractus quo Zingari Britannici (Romanichal) pro domo uti solent.[2] Hoc vehiculum, saepe camino praeditum, plerumque habetur ornatissimum, contortissimum, clarissime pictum, adeo inauratum. Videtur praeterea designatione artificiosa et opere ligneo exemplum culturae altae.[3] Vardo maximam gratiam circa septuagensimos annos habebat, ab 1850 fere ad 1920. Quod autem hodie quaestui non iam adhibetur, sed in nundinis equestribus Romanichal per annum exhibetur, quarum meercatus equestris ad Appleby notissimus est.

Interior vardonis generis Reading pars, olim a Zingaris Britannicis (Romanichal) adhibita. Familia in vico Rhu museo donavit.
