Historia

Vocabulum poetica a Graeco ποιητικός poietikos 'ad poesin pertinens', 'creans', 'procreans' derivatur.[2] In mundo Occidentali, evolutio poetica tribus artificibus compositionis poeticae motibus innitebatur, cui erant proprietates formalisticae, obiectivisticae, et Aristotelianae (vide Poetica Aristotelis).[3] Poetica Aetate Romantica expressionismo favere solebat, subiectum percipiens vehementius dicens. Poetica saeculo vicensimo ad paradigma Aristotelianum rediit, atque inclinationibus ad "metacriticalitatem" et rationi poeticae hodiernae constituendae favebat.[4] Poetica Orientalis poesin lyricam evolvere solebat, pro depingente mundi Occidentalis poesi mimetica.[3]

Poetica a hermeneutica distinguitur, non per significationem textualem, sed per compositionem variorum proprietatum textualium et effectus qui lectorem moveant.[5] Plurima critica litterarum poeticam et hermeneuticam in uno genere explicationis miscet; alterutra autem ratio praepollere potest, secundum textum et lectorem.
