L-Aminoacidorum aromaticorum decarboxylasis

L-Aminoacidorum aromaticorum decarboxylasis (abbreviaturae AAAD et AADC) sive DOPA decarboxylasis (DDC) (Numerus EC: 4.1.1.28) est enzymum, quod quasdam reactiones biochemicas celebrat, imprimis duos neurotransmissores, dopaminum et serotoninum, insignes generat. De functione AADC biochemica est lyasium et effectus suus est decarboxylatio (eripere gregem carboxylici R–COOH, dein liberare carbonii dioxidum CO2. Nomen geni DDC scribitur et genum in hominibus chromosomate septimo invenitur[1].

In cerebro humano AADC imprimis in nucleis raphes mesencephali demonstrari potest, atque in ponte cerebri (parte anteriore) et in medulla oblongata[2].

In pharmacologia inhibitio AADC momentum magnitudinis effectuum prolongatorum praecursoris L-dihydroxy-phenylalanini (L-DOPA) neurotransmissorium, quod necesse tractationis morbi Parkinson est. In oncologia AADC cursum adenocarcinomatum stomachi indicare potest[3].
