Austrolestes io est species insectorum familiae Lestidarum subordinis Zygopterorum.[3] Magnitudo est media; mas est caeruleus pallidus et fuscus.[4][5] Invenitur in Australia australi occidentalique et australi orientalique, ubi in stagnis et lacubus habitat.[6]
