Alexandra Knapp
Alexandra Knapp, vulgo plenius Sandra Diane Knapp (nata anno 1956), botanista, apud Museum Historiae Naturalis Londiniense operam dat. De genere Solano et familia Solanacearum inter alias res inquirit.
Alumna est Collegii Pomonensis in California universitatisque Cornellianae, ubi, discipula Michaelis Whalen mox morituri, gradum doctoris ascendit. Socia est et quondam praeses Societatis Linnaeanae Londiniensis. Anno 2022 socia Regalis Societatis electa est.
Prima omnium descriptiones botanicas Latinas rite divulgavit non per impressa sed per interrete, commentatione "Four New Vining Species of Solanum ..." apud libellos electronicos PLoS One anno 2010 edita,[1] sicut ipsa iam anno 2007 utile fore suaserat.[2] Descriptiones Latinae interretiales anno 2011 apud Congressum botanicum internationale XVIII, Melburniae celebratum, rite recognitae sunt.[3] Periodicum interretiale apertum PhytoKeys, anno 2010 conditum, ipsa cum aliis edit.[4]
