Cultura Mycenaea vel Mycenaeorum cultura aetatis aeneae posterioris in Graecia fuit, quae circa annum 1600 a.C.n. orta est et usque ad saeculum undecimum exstabat. Nomen datum culturae est causa urbis Mycenarum. Secundum chronologia archaeologica Graeciae, cultura Mycenaena est pars posterior Helladicae culturae, periodus Helladica posterior I-III. Loci principales culturae Mycenaea fuerunt Mycenae ipsae, Athenae, Pylos, Thebae et Tiryns, ubi reges (appellatione wanax vocati) palatia aedificaverunt. Dicitur tandem universum ab Homero descriptum aetatem Mycenaeam esse.

Mycenaei erant gens indo-europaea, quae linguam primam Graecam coluerunt. Scriptura eius ab archaeologis nominata est Linearis B
