Scriptura Linearis B
Scriptura Linearis B est scriptura syllabica ad linguam Graecam Mycenaeam notandam adhibita, ab Arthuro Evans primum descripta, et a Michaele Ventris tandem interpretata. A saeculo decimo quinto usque ad duodecimum saeculum a.C.n. in Creta et in Graecia in usu erat. Non abecedarium, sed syllabarium est.
Tabellae ita inscriptae primum in Creta (Cnossi), mox etiam in antiqua Pylo ubi plurimae fuerunt, postremo Mycenis et Thebis inventae sunt.
