Ruth Crawford Seeger (nata Ruth Porter Crawford, 31 Iulii 1901; mortua cancro intestino 18 Novembris 1953) fuit modernistica compositor quae inter annos 1920 et 1940 floruit, musicaeque vulgaris perita Americana ab annis 1930 exeuntibus usque ad mortem. Quae fuit socius prominens gregis compositorum Americanorum qui ultramoderni appellabantur, et eius musica compositores sequentes movit, inter quos Elliott Carter.[1] Altera Caroli Seeger uxor fuit.
