Phlebolepis est genus exstinctorum piscium maxillis carentium familiae Phlebolepididarum classis Thelodontorum, qui tempore Llandovery aevi Silurii ineuntis vigebant. Fossilia integra in stratis ex tempore Llandovery aevi Silurii Saaremaa in regione Estoniae inveniuntur. Quod genus est typus familiae. Species Phlebolepis elegans 7 centimetra longa erat.[1]
