Historia Ganae
Historia Ganae res gestas rei publicae Ganensis tractat, civitatis nunc sui iuris, quae ex Imperio Ganensi, politia mediaevali in Africa Occidentali sita appellatur.[1] Quod imperium in Europa et Arabia ex titulo eius imperatorum notum est.[2] Imperium ut videtur dissolutum est post eius terras ab Abubacero filio Omaris domus Almoravidarum[3] anno 1076 victas. Imminutum autem regnum iam exsistebat post dicionem Almoravidensem desitam, et regnum cum imperiis Sahelianis sequentibus contributum est, sicut Regno Melli nonnulla saecula post.[4] In geographia, Imperium Ganense antiqua 800 fere chiliometra ad septentriones occidentemque Ganae civitatis hodiernae patebat, et terras in regione Senegali fluminis et ad orientem versus ad flumina Nigerensia in Senegallia, Mauritania, et Malio hodiernis tenebat.[5]
