Declaratio Libertatis Civitatum Americae Foederatarum[1][2] est praedicatio quam Secundus Congressus Continentalis die 4 Iulii 1776 adsumpsit, nuntians Tredecim Colonias adhuc bellum cum Britanniarum Regno tunc gerentis dein iam ab Imperio Britannico defecisse. Haec declaratio, post resolutionem libertatis a Richardo Henrico Lee et principaliter a Thoma Jeffersonio scripta[3] exponit quibus causis Congressus die 2 Iulii suffragia tulerit ut libertatem a Britanniarum Regno declararent obtendentes ius naturale, anno plus post initium Belli Rerum Commutationis Americani.
