Acadiani
Acadiani[1] (Anglice Cajuns[2]; Francice les Cadiens, Les Cadiens, les Acadiens[3]) sunt ethnos hominum qui plerumque in Acadiana[4] regione Ludovicianae in civitate Civitatum Foederatarum habitant, proles exsulum Acadianorum (dicentium linguae Francogallicae) ab Acadia in regione quae nunc orientalis provinciarum maritimarum Canadae pars est. Hodie, Acadiani sunt maior multitudinis Ludovicianae meridianae pars, culturamque omnis civitatis magnopere movent.[5]
Vocabulum ab Acadia derivatur, nomine regionis Canadensis unde indigenae, a Britannicis saeculo duodevicensimo expulsi, emigraverunt. Cuius lingua est dialectos Francogallica.
