Orthodoxia
Orthodoxia (Graece ὀρθοδοξία, 'opinio recta') est acceptatio symbolorum rectorum vel receptorum, praecipue in rebus religiosis.[1] Vocabulum sensu Christiano significat 'secundum fidem Christianam in fidibus ecclesiae primae repraesentatam'.[2] Prima septem concilia oecumenica inter annos 325 et 787 ad doctrinas acceptas confirmandas habita sunt.
Iudaei in nonnullis civitatibus angliloquentibus qui ad omnes traditiones et mandata Torah adhaerent Iudaei Orthodoxi saepe appellantur, quamquam vocabulum orthodoxa in historia fides Christianas primum descripsit.
