Arthurus Gualterius Burks (natus Arthur Walter Burks Duluth Minnesotae 13 Octobris 1915, mortuus 14 Maii 2008) fuit mathematicus Americanus qui annis 1940 principalis ingeniarius fuit in proposito quod ad designationem ENIAC contulit, primi generalis computatri digitalis electronici. Diu professor in Universitate Michiganensi Ann Arbor in oppido Michiganiae docebat, ubi multos annos cum Alicia uxore suadebat rem ENIAC ex opere Ioannis Vincentii Atanasoff deductum fuisse.
