elixir amarum
Amarum ex aurantiis, Anglice Orange bitters, est genus elixirum amarorum quo aroma aurantiorum seu malorum Sinensium in gallicaudas iniciatur. Elixira amara vetusta, sicut Stoughton et Boker, aroma aurantiorum praebuisse censentur. Recentius pincernae potoresque plures varias species amarorum huius generis praeferunt, inter quos Fee Brothers, Regans, Angostura, The Bitter Truth.
