Accumulatrum electricum
Accumulatrum[1] electricum, sive pilae electricae?,[2] sive nucleus electricus,[3] est accumulatrum energiae electricae(d) quod in una vel pluribus cellulis electrochemicis(en) consistit, e quibus duae iunctiones exterae,[4] ad apparatus electricos exercendos dicatae, oriuntur. Terminus positivus appellatur cathodus(en), terminus negativus appellatur anodus(en).[5]
E termino negativo demigrant electrona, quae per circuitum electricum exterum ad terminum positivum perfluunt. Cum accumulatrum ad onus elctricum conectatur, reactio oxydoreductionis(en) reactantes altae energiae ad aliqua residua energiae inferioris vertit, et differentia energiae liberae(en) ad circuitum exterum forma energiae electricae mittitur.
