Prosopagnosia
Prosopagnosia (e verbis Graecis πρόσωπον facies et γνῶσις intellegentia, α privativo interiecto) est valetudinis perturbatio, in qua facultas facierum agnoscendarum deest constante aliarum rerum agnoscendarum facultate. Hoc verbum condicionem post acutum cerebri detrimentum contractum olim solum designavit, sed congenitae confusionis genus nuper propositum est, quod a circiter 2.5 centesimis hominum hereditate accipitur.[1] Definitus cerebri locus, qui usitate cum prosopagnosia consociatur, est gyrus fusiformis.[2]
