Phallostethus cuulong est species piscium familiae Phallostethidarum. Species, anno 2009 inventa et anno 2012 rite descripta, in altitudinibus circa 0.5 ad 3.5 metra in canalibus aestus in delta fluminis Mekong habitat. Adulti sunt circa 25 millimetra longi, colore albus perludicus. Hic piscis testiculos sub mentum habet, cum ctenactinio (serra) et toxactinio (virga ad prehendendas feminas adhibita).[1] Praeterea anus in capite adest, pro mento.[2]
