Victor IV , nomine nativo Octaviano de' Crescenzi Ottaviani de Monticelli (natus Tiburi anno 1095 ; Lucae mortuus die 20 Aprilis 1164) fuit antipapa ab anno 1159 usque ad mortem, id est sub pontificatu papae Alexandri III. Ab imperatore Friderico I favebatur.
