Nihonjinron
Nihonjinron (Iaponice 日本人論 ad verbum 'doctrinae/disceptationes Iaponiensium') est genus scripturarum quae quaestiones identitatis nationalis et culturalis Iaponicae vehementius dicunt. Litterae de his rebus sunt permultae, quae sociologiam, psychologiam, historiam, linguisticam, philosophiam, etiam adeo scientiam amplectuntur. Quamquam hae doctrinae plerumque in Iaponia ab hominibus Iaponiensibus divulgantur, insignia generis exempla ab eruditis, diurnalistis, habitantibusque alienis prolata sunt.
Notio nihonjinron populo grata post secundum bellum mundanum facta est, primum per libros et argumenta quae explicare, exponere, vel investigare proprietates culturae et mentalitatis Iaponiensis volebant, usitate per comparationem cum operibus Europaeis et Americanis; aliae autem civitates Asianae magis atque magis in operibus recentioribus disceptantur. Tales commentarii proponunt communem animum unici Iaponiae status, et nomen nihonjinron ad investigandam hunc animum adhiberi potest.
