Modus (litterae)
Modus in litteris est quaedam ratio operandi quae in scriptura agnosci potest. Forma et genus, vocabula descriptiva, saepe parum accurate pro modo adhibentur; exempli gratia, modus pastoralis saepe genus falso appellatur; alia exempla sunt modi comicus, didacticus, ironicus, satiricus.
