ius humanum
Libertas cogitandi[1] sive animi[2][3] sive mentis[1] sive sentiendi[4][5][2][1] est ius rerum sua sponte cogitandarum et opinionem publicandum. Pars iurum humanorum ducitur et Universa Iurum Humanorum Declaratione (Articulo 18) et Pactione Internationali de Iuribus Civilibus et Politicis (Articulo 18) protegitur. Etiam Conventio de abrogatione laboris per vim laborem coacticiam interdicet opinionis poilitica causa.[6]
