Ioannes (vulgo Ivan Minchov) Vazov (Bulgarice Иван Минчов Вазов, natus die 27 Iunii 1850 [modo vetere]; mortuus die 22 Septembris 1921) fuit poeta, scriptor mythistoriarum, et scriptor scaenicus Bulgaricus, saepe patriarcha litterarum Bulgaricarum appellatus.[1][2][3] Natus est Sopot in oppido in Valle Rosarum in Plovdiv Provincia Bulgariae, tum in Imperio Ottomanico; mortuus Serdicae in capite Bulgariae. Eius opera binas aetates historicas exhibent: renascentiam Bulgaricam et aetatem post liberationem a rectione Ottomanica.
