GTPases parvae sive proteina G parva sunt proteina G et simul familia enzymorum hydrolasum, quae guanosinum triphosphatum (GTP) iungunt et, aquae ope vinculam chemicam dirumpens, GTP "hydrolizant"[1].

Inveniunter GTPases parvae in liquore intracellulari, quo ex GTP molecula minor guanosinum diphosphatum (GDP) oritur. Intra cellulam ea epitonia cum statibus duobus, agunt: accensa, "AD", exstincta, "EX".
