Ars urbium disponendarum
Ars urbium disponendarum[1] est ratio technica et politica quae ad progressum et usum terrae, praesidium et usum circumiectorum, salutis publicae, et designationis circumiectorum urbanorum attinet, inter quae aer, aqua, et infrastructura urbana in et e regionibus urbanis transiens, sicut opera reticulata transportationis, communicationis, et distributionis.[2] Cui sunt multa genera; praeterea, rationes conspectusque animi cum designatione urbana communicare potest.[3]
