Amata Gerstler (nata 1956) est poetria Americana, "una ex optimis Civitatum Foederatarum poetis,"[1][2] inter cuius libros poeticos sunt The True Bride (1986), Bitter Angel (1990), Nerve Storm (1995), Crown of Weeds (1997), Medicine (2000), Ghost Girl (2004), et Dearest Creature (2009). Alumna est Collegii Pitzerani et gradum Magistri Bellarum Artium ex Collegio Benningtoniano tenet. Nunc professor in Universitate Californiensi apud Irvine docere solet.[3] Uxor est Beniaminae Weissman, artificis et auctoris, atque Angelopolin Californiae habitant.
