Çatalhöyük, olim et Çatal Hüyük (Turcice scilicet "collis furcae") est locus archaeologicus Turciae meridio-occidentalis, inter hereditatem mundialem enumeratus. Ibi homines ab aevo Neolithico aceramico usque ad Chalcolithicum habitabant. Unum e primis locis proto-urbanis et creationis speculorum fuisse dicitur.
