Zeuxine exilis est terrestris subfamiliae Orchidoideae orchidacea, quae in Insula Christi Natalis (Australia), territorio Australiae in Oceano Indico septentrio-orientali, endemica est.

Historia

Haec orchidacea ab Henrico Ridley, primo Horti Botanici Singapurae directore, Octobri 1904 primum conlecta et descripta est; rite autem in tabulis scientificis non divulgata est. In tertio "Management Plan" Reservationis Nationalis Insulae Christi Natalis (2002), habita est fortasse exstincta.[2] Deinde, anno 2009, iterum inventa et conlecta est a Petro Green, biologo invisenti.[3][4]
