Tumulus MM (Gordium)

Tumulus MM est sepultura Gordii in Phrygia saeculo VIII a.C.n. medio deposita, anno 1957 ab archaeologos universitatis Pennsylvaniensis effossa. Ibi invenerunt ossa mortui quem a principio Midam, deinde Gordiam Midae patrem fuisse censebant), supellex e ligno curiose facta, vasa cibaria et potoria permulta quae ad cenam funebrem ut videtur adhibita sunt. Recentius archaeobiologi vestigia chemica ex his vasis extraxerunt cibosque et potum reconstituere conati sunt.
