Solidago caesia[1][2] (anno 1753 descripta) est familiae Asteracearum planta florens quae in mediis et orientalibus continentis Americae Septentrionalis regionibus endemica est, plerumque a Manitoba ad orientem ad Novum Brunsvicum, atque ad meridiem usque ad Floridam et Texiam orientalem.[3][4] Cui sunt duae subspecies:

- Solidago caesia var. zaedia
