Rudolphus Grewe

Rudolphus, vulgo Rudolf Grewe (mense Iulio 1994 mortuus) fuit mathematicus qui, a munere universitario retractus, de mediaevali rei cibariae historia inquisivit. Gradum doctoris anno 1965 apud universitatem Californiensem Angelopolitanam ascenderat, dissertationis gratia titulo On Ackermann's Set Theory de logica mathematica Gulielmi Ackermann. De manuscriptis culinariis, quorum tituli sunt Llibre de sent soví, Libellus de arte coquinaria, Cuoco Napoletano, operam dedit.
