Pullina ducis Zuo (Sinice saepius 左宗棠雞 Zuǒ Zōngtáng jī; Anglice General Tso's chicken) est ferculum Novi Eboraci in urbe anno fere 1972 excogitatum. Primus inventor fuisse creditur aut Peng Chang-Kuei, origine Hunanensis, qui postea in Taivania denuoque Novi Eboraci versatus est, aut T. T. Wang, qui in popina Neo-Eboracensi Shun Lee Palace anno circiter 1973 laboraverit. Ferculum sub eodem nomine recentius et in provincia Hunan et in insula Taivania offertur, sed sapore admodum differenti.
