Iam polymorphismi geni cum dependentia opioidorum coniuncti putantur[3], quod postea in parte incertum aestimatur[4]. Prodynorphina pars fundamentalis endorphinarum est, quae sunt nuntii chemici intracerebrales dolorem antecapiendi, et nexus motuum animi formandi.
