Najib Tun Razak
Najib Tun Razak (natus die 23 Iulii 1953) est politicus Malaesiae. Filius est natu primus Abdul Razak Hussein, qui his annis secretarius civicus vicarius regni Pahang operam dedit atque primus minister Malaesiae meruerit. E stirpe nobili Pahang ortus, patre secutus, Najib Tun Razak unus est ex quattuor principibus illius regni, titulo Orang Kaya Indera Shahbandar(en).

Iam antea in rebus nationalibus agens, legatus est parlamento Malaesiano a die 4 Maii 1982 ad 14 Augusti 1986, iterum a die 6 Octobris 1986 hodie usque. primus minister vicarius Malaesiae a die 7 Ianuarii 2004, primus minister a die 3 Aprilis 2009 usque ad 10 Maii 2018 fuit. Eisdem annis munere ministri a vectigalibus a die 23 Septembris 2008 decem fere annos functus est. Die 3 Iulii 2018, peculato publico culpatus, in custodiam datus est.[2][3]
Durante eius mandato, notabiles controversiae emergunt, inter quas includuntur scandalum 1MDB et implicatio in caasum Altantuyae Shaariibuu.[4][5] Sub criminationibus de peculatu et corruptione constitutus est[6] et adhuc purgationem iudicii subit.[7] Post prematurum suum ab imperio, sententia damnationis est confirmata,[8][9] atque nunc in carcere Kajang detinetur.[10][Latinitas dolet]
