opus Sinice scriptum
瀛涯胜览 seu translitteratione pinyin Yingyai shenglan, scilicet "Mensura omnium Oceani litorum", est opus Sinice a Ma Huan compositum, postea ab aliis recensum. Ibi describuntur peregrinationes auctoris, qui saeculo XV in classibus exploratoris Zheng He, interpres merens, ad litora Oceani Indici ter profectus est.
Plantae aliquae utiles in hoc libro primum descriptae sunt, inter quas Garcinia mangostana, Lansium parasiticum.
