Lingua Palauana[1] (Palauanice a tekoi er a Belau) est una e binis linguis publicis Reipublicae Palauensis, quarum alia est Anglica. Quae est socius Austronesiae linguarum familiae et una e duabus linguis vernacularibus in Micronesia quae non est pars rami Oceanici illius familiae (alia est Chamorro).[2] Constat inter plurimos investigatores Palauanam et Chamorro potius esse distinctas linguas in ramo Sunda-Sulawesi familiae linguarum Austronesiarum, quamquam nonnulli arguunt Palauanam fortasse esse liberum linguarum Malayo-Polynesiarum ramum.[3] Lingua Palauana latissime in vita quotidiana in Palau adhibetur.
