Ioga calida
Ioga calida est genus yogae quod ad exercitationes corporis in circumiectibus calidis humidisque factas spectat. Saepe cum modo exercitationis a Bikram Choudhury excogitato coniuncta, nonnullos describit modos yogae qui calorem ad amplificandam flexibilitatem singuli in posituris adhibent.[1][2][3] In climatibus frigioribus, yoga calida saepe calorem et humiditatem Indiae meridianae iterare conatur, unde multi yogae modi oriuntur.[4] Inter genera yogae calidae sunt:
- Yoga Bikram, ad Civitates Foederatas decennio 198 ineunte prolata et nunc genus yogae calidae latissime notum.
- Yoga Forrest, quae yogam asanam cum spiritualitate Indigenarum Americarum ad creandam spatium sudoris (Anglice sweat lodge) yogisticum in conclavi calificato miscet.[3][5]
- Yoga Potestatis, ex Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga deducta, calorem ad iterandos circumiectus in Mysore adhibet.[6]
- Yoga TriBalance in circumiectibus aliquantulum calidioribus sed minus humidis quam Yoga Bikram fit.[7]
