Ingeniaria forensis
Ingeniaria forensis est investigatio materiarum, operum, structurarum, vel elementorum quae deficiant vel apte non operentur, noxam vel iniuriam personalem vel damnum bonorum efficientia. Consecutiones defectionis per legem noxiae bonorum tractantur, quae etiam rationes repetitionis modosque operandi indagat qui ad casus in vehiculis vel machinis actos ducunt. Res saepissime in causis iuris civilis adhibetur, quamquam ad causas iuris criminalis quoque attinere potest. Propositum investigationis ingeniariae forensis plerumque est causam causasve defectionis invenire ut operatio vel vita elementi emendetur, vel ut curiae determinatio factorum temeritatis adiuvetur. Investigatio forensis etiam postulationes bonorum intellectualium, praecipue diplomatum inventionis, considerare potest.[1]
