Industrial Workers of the World (IWW; etiam vulgo Wobblies), sc. Operarii Industriales Orbis Terrarum, est internationale collegium opificum anno 1905 creatum. Inter condictores fuerunt Daniel de Leon et Eugenius Victor Debs. Origo nominis popularis "Wobblies" incertum est.[1]

IWW conceptum One Big Union, sc. "Unius Magni Collegii," colit; et omnes operarios in classem socialem unam conferendos, capitalismum et wage labour? abolenda ducit.[2] Democratiam laboris? (workplace democracy) generis Wobbly Shop favet, qua operarii administratores eligant,[3] necnon alias democratiae formas. Non operariis necesse est istiusmodi negotii munere fungi ut collegii IWW socii fiant,[4] sociique alio etiam collegio inesse possunt.[5]

Annibus 1910 et 1920, collegium IWW multas ex metis suis adtigit, praesertim in occidente Americano, et fines traditionales syndicatùs dividentes superavit ut operarios variis ex industriis conlatos organizaret. Culmine suo anno 1923 attacto, circa 40 000 sociorum collegio erant.[6]

Inter socios fuerunt Helena Keller et Eugenius O'Neill, ac hodie Noam Chomsky et David Graeber sunt celebri socii.
