Hegesippus Halicarnassensis (Graece Ἡγήσιππος), qui saeculo IV a.C.n. exeunte floruit, Halicarnassi incola, fuit anno 306 a.C.n. pro Demetrio Poliorceta dux classium. Ille una cum Plistia Coo in proelio iuxta Salaminem Cypri commisso praefuit alae dextrae.
