Elizabetha Bishop (Vigorniae Massachusettae, 8 Februarii 1911; Bostoniae, 6 Octobris 1979) fuit poeta et scriptrix fabularum brevium Americana, quae Poeta Laureatus Civitatum Foederatarum (ab 1949 ad 1950) meruit ac Praemium Pulitzeranum Poesis (1956),[1] Praemium Librorum Nationale (1970), et Praemium Internationale Neustadtianum Litterarum (1976) accepit.[2]
