Eduardus Frei Montalva (natus in urbe Sancti Iacobi die 16 Ianuarii 1911; ibidem mortuus die 22 Ianuarii 1982), alumnus universitatis Catholicae Chilensis ubi iuribus studuit, fuit politicus et ab anno 1964 usque ad annum 1970 praeses Chiliae. Etiam filius eius Eduardus Frei Ruiz-Tagle rerum politicarum peritus est et Chiliae praeses fuit.
